We specialise in providing residential property inventory services, including check-in, check-out, and interim inspection reports to landlords, estate agents, and property managers across the UK.


2. Use of Our Website

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You will not misuse the site (e.g. by introducing viruses, scraping content, or engaging in unauthorised access);
  • You will not copy, duplicate, or exploit the content without written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our site if misuse is suspected.


3. Services and Bookings

All services must be booked via our contact form, email, or phone. Once a booking is confirmed, a time and date will be scheduled.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property details;
  • Ensuring access to the property at the agreed time;
  • Notifying us of any special requirements or property conditions in advance.

4. Payments and Fees

Service fees are provided at the time of quotation.

Payment Terms:

  • If we have been set up as a contractor (with a formal agreement in place), invoices will be issued alongside the completed report, with payment due within 14 days.
  • If there is no contract in place, an invoice will be issued when the report is ready, and the report will only be released once full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, this will not affect confirmed bookings.


5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

If we are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.

If we attend a property but are unable to carry out the report due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as lack of access or unsafe conditions), a travel fee may be charged to cover the clerk’s time and travel expenses.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports, is the property of Lunar Certs Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised use or reproduction of any material from this site is strictly prohibited.


7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take care to provide accurate and professional reports, Lunar Certs Ltd is not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect losses;
  • Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by clients;
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party services or access restrictions.

Our total liability in respect of any claims shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
